A training held on 13June 2024 at Ebshia for the training of 25 newly selected facilities under the state Health Insurance Agency.

It was an engaging meeting of new selected facilities with the Executive Secretary Dr. Divine.O.Igwe ,which comprises of 13 General Hospitals,11private facilities and all the staff of the agency. The Executive Governor Rt.Hon Ogbonnaya Francis Nwifuru in his quest to to combat health challenges in Ebonyi State by improving health provision in the State and equipping the General Hospitals, Dr Divine engaged the health providers of the different hospitals on the need of a quality health in the state through universal health coverage and the importance of Health Insurance. He also urged them on the importance of intensive care and attention to those who are under the state Health Insurance Agency. The service providers was made to understand the implications of the their services and a memorum of Understanding was signed.
