1. Register through EBSHIA portal at www.ebshia.eb.gov.ng
2. Pay the sum of N1,200,000.00 to EBSHIA contributory account with UBA - 1023657695 or pay online with your debit card at www.ebshia.eb.gov.ng/buy/amba-pack
3. Notify EBSHIA through 07033790997

5. You can choose who may benefit from it.
